What is Kat Sod Assay?
The "Kat Sod Assay" is Faith Group's original test that directly detects active oxygen produced by cosmetic ingredients.
This test was developed by Hajime Nishioka (1934–2014), professor emeritus at Doshisha University.
Currently, it passed down to Prof. Tomohiro Matsumoto of the Radiation Biology Center, Graduate School of Biostudies, Kyoto University.
Faith Group is conducting this test under the academic guidance of Professor Matsumoto and only uses ingredients that do not produce any active oxygen in cosmetics.
